Our Shiraz is known for its bold, full-bodied flavour with rich, dark fruit notes such as blackberry, plum, and black cherry. It also purveys a spicy character, with hints of black pepper, clove, and sometimes smokey or earthy undertones. Dependant on your tastebuds, our shiraz can also carry subtle notes of cinnamon and liquorice, contributing to its complex and robust profile. The tannins are typically firm but smooth, giving the wine a velvety texture and a lingering finish.
