About Us
Tucked away in the rolling hills of Uleybury, Seven Wonders Vineyard is a hidden gem where the artistry of winemaking meets the purity of the land. Here, the elusive ‘eighth wonder’ is not a monument—it’s poured into every glass. Our 100-acre estate is defined by its elevation, clay loam soils, and exceptional microclimate—elements that give rise to wines of structure, complexity, and unmistakable provenance. Divided into seven distinct vineyard blocks—four Shiraz, two Cabernet Sauvignon, and one Mourvèdre (Mataro)—each parcel is managed with precision, allowing the nuances of each varietal to express themselves with authenticity and power. At Seven Wonders, we are guided by organic principles—from vine to bottle. Every cluster is hand-selected at optimal ripeness, ensuring that only the most expressive fruit is gently crushed and crafted into wines that reflect both place and passion. Our Shiraz is bold yet refined, with layers of dark fruit, spice, and earth. The Cabernet offers structure, elegance, and longevity. And our Mourvèdre—a varietal beloved by Rhône enthusiasts—delivers a wild, savory depth that rewards both patience and curiosity. Wine, to us, is more than a beverage; it’s a story of soil, sun, and season. Our steep hills, rich soils, and sustainable practices allow each vintage to speak with clarity, balance, and soul. Looking ahead, we’re expanding our portfolio with new varietals and are developing immersive on-site experiences—from private tastings to vineyard lunches—where you can deepen your connection
to the land and the craft. Seven Wonders Vineyard isn’t just a destination—it’s a dialogue between nature and winemaker, and we invite you to be part of the conversation.
